Zayna Jan, DDS
Dr. Zayna Jan is an approachable and compassionate general dentist who values building meaningful connections with her patients. Her warm, patient-centered approach ensures that everyone feels comfortable and cared for while receiving high-quality dental care. Originally from Downers Grove, Dr. Jan earned her bachelor’s degree in Community Health with honors and a minor in Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She then pursued her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the University of Minnesota.

Following dental school, Dr. Jan completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Vermont Medical Center. There, she refined her clinical expertise and deepened her passion for delivering personalized, comprehensive dental care. Now back in Illinois, Dr. Jan is thrilled to be part of the Hinsdale Dental team, where she helps patients achieve optimal oral health and radiant smiles while giving back to the community she calls home.
Professional Activities & Associations
Dr. Jan actively participates in various professional organizations, including the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the Chicago Dental Society (CDS), and the American Dental Association (ADA). She is also a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) and is currently enrolled in the AAID Implant Maxicourse in Chicago. Through this advanced training, Dr. Jan is expanding her knowledge of implant surgery, sinus lifts, and full-mouth rehabilitation to provide her patients with modern, cutting-edge care.
Personal Information
Dr. Jan lives in Chicago with her husband and their four dogs. While the dogs keep her busy, she enjoys spending her free time with friends, family, and exploring new restaurants around the city.
