Some fun facts
What made you want to become a dentist?
Dentistry was always on my radar during my undergraduate studies, but I didn’t fully commit to it until I joined an organization called Global Brigades. Through the university, I traveled to underserved and remote communities in Santa Rosa and El Concepcion, Honduras, as part of a Medical, Dental, and Public Health Brigade. I assisted dentists during daily 8-hour shifts, helping with cleanings, extractions, and fillings. It was an eye-opening experience that solidified my passion and motivated me to pursue dentistry wholeheartedly.
What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?
I love taking a walk along Lake Michigan, spending time with friends, and enjoying great food. A perfect day off usually includes all three!
Do you have any pets?
Yes! I have two dogs — Oppo and Lidocaine. They keep me busy with walks, grooming, and vet visits, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
I strive to create a positive, comfortable experience where every patient feels heard, valued, and genuinely cared for.
